SUBMISSION GUIDELINES​

We are a feminist literary and arts journal publishing work by LGBT+ & non-binary folk only.  We publish print and e-book journals four times per year. We are currently putting together our WINTER/CHRISTMAS Issue, due to be released in December 2022.​

We are looking for FICTION, POETRY, ART & PHOTOGRAPHY.​

Please make sure that you double-check the work you send to us as we do not accept adjustments or edits.

We suggest running your work through Grammarly prior to sending it to make sure the spelling and grammar are correct.  All work must be sent with UK spellings.​

Submissions should be typed in easy-to-read fonts, such as Times New Roman or Ariel, and sent in Doc or Docx formats.​

​We accept simultaneous submissions, though we do not accept previously published work.​​

We will not accept works that include the following themes:  homophobia, erotica, and violence of any kind.

​

When sending your work, please also include a cover letter that introduces yourself and your work, along with a short biography of up to 100 words including any social media links you may want to include.  Please state what category you are submitting to in the subject line, e.g. "Submission- Fiction/Poetry/Non-Fiction/Art or Photography".

POETRY

​​

We are looking for exceptionally crafted free verse, modernist poetry, idylls, epic poetry, and long or short-form narrative poetry that tells a story. We do not consider haiku or traditional form poetry.

​

Please send 1-2 poems in a single document.

​

 

FICTION & FLASH FICTION

​​

We accept literary fiction, comedy/humour, magical realism, experimental, and modern general fiction.​

Please submit one piece of fiction up to 3,000 words or one flash fiction piece up to 500 words.

​

ART & PHOTOGRAPHY

​

Please send two pieces of high-resolution artwork. We do NOT accept digital artwork.
